Putul’s Kitchen is run by Shoma and Mark Doran, who are both directors. The business operates at their home address in Hoylake, Wirral.
Shoma and Mark started trading as Putul’s Kitchen in January 2017 and make chicken and vegetarian cutlets coated in traditional Indian spices to a unique family recipe. The target market for the business is local Indian restaurants, delicatessens, bistros, cafés, fast food outlets and any other catering businesses.
In order to develop their business, Shoma and Mark accessed support through the Business Growth Programme.
