The fund is providing grants to test innovative ways to encourage SMEs to use productivity-boosting technology and management practices.
A second competition with £2 million is now underway and BEIS are encouraging applications from all types of organisations and welcomes collaborations. Up to £400k of funding is available to run trials and £60K for proof of concepts.
The winners from this competition will join the 15 unique projects from the first competition who are sharing £2 million to explore ways of encouraging SMEs to use productivity-boosting technology and management practices.
