Delta Rock Group repay MSIF investment 4 years early
Sandycroft based Automation Integration business, Delta Rock Group, have repaid the investment made by MSIF in March 2017, over 4 years ahead of schedule.
Last year, MSIF provided a significant investment to fund a management buy in led by current Delta Rock Group owner Scott Davis.
The company was originally incorporated in 1990, with a focus on electrical installation within the industrial and process sectors. In 2017, Scott Davis purchased the share capital of the business, and has since led the business to great success.
Since the buy-in the company has evolved into an Automation Integrator providing further value to the new and existing clients.
The evolution over the last twelve months has seen an increase in the number of employees from 32 to 45 with the capability to provide a totally integrated solution from control panel manufacture, electrical installation, control software design and commissioning.
The business has just received a triple accreditation to the international standards of ISO9001:2015 for quality, IS014001:2015 for Environmental and OHSAS 18001:2007 for Health & Safety from Alcumus ISOQAR.
Scott Davis, Owner and Managing Director at Delta Rock Group, said: “Paying the MSIF debt off in full is testament to the business and the people within it. We have put together the foundations of a formidable team to make this happen and I couldn’t be happier with our progress to date. MSIF made the acquisition possible and I can’t thank Simon and George enough for their belief in me and all their hard work. MSIF have been pivotal from day one and I would have no hesitation in using their services again in the future.”
MSIF Investment Director, Simon Thelwall-Jones, said: “Scott Davis is one of the best young business men MSIF have backed in recent years. It has been great working with him for the past year, and seeing him take Delta Rock Group to new heights of success. MSIF often back businesses more than once, helping them to grow at different stages in the business lifecycle. We would be more than happy to support Scott, and/or Delta Rock Group again.”
