LCR weekly business news round-up: 16.02.2018
Here’s a quick round-up of some of the most important business stories for the Liverpool City region this week…
A public consultation on the future of Liverpool’s historic Williamson Square is to be launched next Friday, February 23. Liverpool City Council together with Liverpool BID Company and the Everyman & Playhouse are to kick-start the consultation with a debate on how to reimagine and revitalise the public square, at the Liverpool Playhouse Theatre.
The city centre is constantly changing - with new shops, restaurants and building projects reshaping how Liverpool looks. The changing face has left it almost unrecognisable from years gone by - and even more exciting developments are in the pipeline.
Launched today on February 13, Liverpool BID Company has commissioned Liverpool Biennial to develop and deliver an ambitious, five-year art strategy for the public spaces in Liverpool’s Commercial District BID area (in and around Castle Street, Old Hall Street and St Paul’s Square).
A new dining concept will launch in Liverpool’s striking docklands this Spring. The Dockside Dining Club will be created at Mann Island on the Pier Head, as part of the brand new concept created in collaboration with established city operator Andy Duckworth, CBRE and owners RBH Properties.
