North West innovation conference offers sponsor and partner opportunitiesPublished on
Venturefest North West is seeking ambitious sponsors and partners that are committed to supporting business growth. The innovation conference, which takes place in Manchester on 20th November, brings together innovators, entrepreneurs and investors with the aim of making connections, creating new opportunities, inspiring ideas and showcasing exciting business innovations.
Now in its sixth year, the flagship regional event offers an opportunity for businesses to position themselves as leaders within the North West’s innovation landscape. New for 2019 are ‘themed villages’, showcasing innovative SMEs alongside the sponsor. Village themes might include digital, creative and tech, food and drink, business and financial services, green tech and services, health and life sciences and, last but not least, manufacturing.
A record 1,200+ delegates are expected at Manchester Central for a mix of inspirational speakers, interactive workshops and networking opportunities, with an anticipated 200 Innovation Showcase Competition entrants. Run by GC Business Growth Hub, which supports small and medium-sized businesses at all stages of their growth journeys, the event offers headline sponsorship, village sponsorship and partner opportunities, as well as a number of smaller promotional opportunities.
Speaking about the impact that winning the event’s Innovation Showcase Competition had on her business last year, Jo Taylor, director at Reach and Rescue, said:
“Reach and Rescue benefited tremendously from winning the Innovation Showcase Competition. First, it has confirmed that we’re growing the business the right way. Then there’s the PR we received, which was fantastic and definitely raised awareness of our products. And it also had a huge impact on our team – it still gives us a proud feeling to say, ‘we are an award-winning company’ and to know the hard work has paid off.”
